The Bildungsdirektion Zürich, more precisely the Office for Youth and Careers Advice, presented its “Greenhouse” concept via livestream from the “The Artisan” restaurant in Zurich. The stream took place on Greenhouse's own website, which we have built up as a Livestream Agentur with an integrated player. The viewers were able to ask questions via the built-in live chat, which were then answered at the same time.
We as a Livestream Agency took over the planning of the process, the design of the landing page and the insert in the corporate design of our customer, provided the material and carried out the entire production. The printing work and the set design were also part of our service.
The production team consisted of a director, a producer, two cameramen and a sound engineer. We transmitted the incoming questions from the live chat directly to a large screen, on which the moderator and the guests could read the questions and bring them into the conversation without interruption.
The program was designed in several parts, in which both presentations, panel discussions and Q&A sessions took place. For example, it was possible to cut back and forth between several cameras and the presentation slides. This made for a varied and exciting picture experience for the audience at home and comes very close to a real encounter or presentation. Another challenge was, that in addition to the main set, we had set up two more film sets outside in the garden. It was possible to switch seamlessly between all of them.
We created a making-of for this project, which allows a glimpse behind the scenes.
